Far from being a primal mechanism, your gut is highly intelligent, can act independent of the brain’s direction, and regulates immunity and emotional health. In this half-day workshop, you'll explore the vast influence of the enteric nervous system on health and well-being, including its interaction with many inner systems that promote mind-body integration. You'll also: Re-envision the current concept of what makes a resilient core body (hint: it’s not all about strength); experience practices that release physical and emotional tension and stagnation in the abdominal area; increase "prana in the belly"; promote physical and emotional digestion; improve mind-body awareness; and enhance physical and emotional immunity.
