Is there a solution to the stress and tension that seem to fill most aspects of our relationships and our lives? We put a lot into living and seldom get enough back. Considering the current world situation, crashing world economy, and how much stress they bring, yoga takes on a whole new meaning and importance.

The practice of Purna Yoga has helped thousands of students around the word handle difficult life changes and learn how to emerge smiling. In this half-day intensive, you will release the tension in your body through carefully designed practices. You will release the tension in your mind through meditation techniques. You will release the stress in your relationships by taking responsibility for your choices, thereby empowering your life. The power of this workshop is in the fact that it will address all aspects of our world and offer solutions for your life, both in the body-mind continuum and in the outer world. Prepare to relax, to work hard, and then to experience the deep fulfillment of a balanced Purna Yoga practice with Aadil.

You will learn:
- How to use the power of love and alignment in asana practice so that you feel fulfilled in living dharma
- How to open your heart and your pelvic energies through the use of your Spirit’s force in the practice of backbends
- How restorative poses and Savasana help remove tensions of the past

All levels welcome. Please bring a sticky mat, belt, block, and one blanket.
