It is time for all of us to wake up and create a world that is free, fair, equal, safe, happy, and peace-filled for ALL! In this full-day intensive, you'll explore what it means to “awaken” and be an agent of change through yoga asana, meditation, prayer, deep dialogue about the mind/body connection, and personal inquiry related to transformation. Through these practices, you can be a part of the necessary shift of consciousness that can heal your own heart and this planet with compassion, understanding, and peace.

The morning will begin with an introduction and a challenging, well-balanced vinyasa flow practice incorporating breathwork and alignment, while articulating the complexities of the human experience and the beauty of the soul’s journey as it makes its way back home. In the afternoon, you will explore how yoga, chakra theory, and shadow work can aid in re-interpreting the struggles of mind and body and turn them into wisdom. These tools can help you awaken to your purpose and the ways in which you can engage with others and the world to activate social change from the inside out.

This workshop is designed for people interested in learning how to use the power of yoga asana and theory to deepen their spiritual practice and awaken them to their purpose. Experience with Sun Salutes A and B highly recommended.
