Resilience is one of the most important benefits of a consistent yoga practice. With greater resilience, you become more adaptable, flexible yet stable, and even more open in the mind and heart. Resilience is your ability to adapt to stress, and it's the capacity to bounce back when challenges throw you off balance. Life can be challenging and unpredictable. Practice can help you learn to flow with the unpredictable, unexpected, and seemingly random nature of it all—and maybe even enjoy the occasionally bumpy ride.

In this half-day workshop, you will use intelligent and playful practice, variability, and self-compassion as a way to strengthen and fortify yourself. Playful practice is inherently varied—it is about the joy of process and provides a rich (and fun) opportunity to cultivate new connections within yourself. You will explore traditional yoga poses as well as novel pose variations and awaken the resilient being within.
