Want to learn how to lead full restorative classes, integrate restorative yoga into your group classes, develop personal programs, or use it to meditate? This one-day training will offer you a clear understanding of restorative yoga, the basic science behind it, and how to build a healing restorative practice. Training will include a short practice session, lecture, teaching experience with partner work, and propping. There will be opportunity for discussion, questions, and answers. You will gain a deeper understanding of the subtle energy body in restorative poses, and how to develop more dynamic uses of props to address the individual needs of your students. Your students will thank you for taking this training!

- Anatomy of the nervous system and subtle body
- Philosophy and applications of restorative yoga asana
- Neurological, physical, psychological, and energetic benefits
- In-depth focus on full relaxation, chest openers, and prone release
- Building a restorative practice and attuning the body, breath and mind
- Everything you need to offer a transformative savasana

Please bring 2-4 Mexican-style yoga blankets, 2-4 blocks, 1 bolster, 1-4 eye bags.
