When we go upside down, we experience the pleasure of a new perspective—of both ourselves and the world. But how can you experience the delights of inversion when there are obstacles, whether they are physical or even mental? The key to building confidence and making progress is cultivating a balance between openness and strength in the upper body. In this class, learn how thoughtful preparation and sequencing can move you along the path of inversion. We’ll practice a range of postures with modifications and alternatives for all. Please bring a block and a strap.
