Yogis spend a lot of time looking at the world from the bottom up—and what a healthy decision on so many levels! If you're craving more upside down time but want to discover how to perform inversions with more ease, grace, and power, then start your day here. You'll learn tricks for kicking up, how to balance with and without using the wall, and ways to safely (and deliciously) open your shoulders. While you're at it, you'll boost confidence and connect to a playful, positive spirit you can take with you! Note: We will explore variations of Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) to inform your overall inverting knowledge. (Shoulderstand and Headstand will not be covered this time around.)
