Surfing the Breath
Limited Capacity filling up

With each inhale; an ascent.  With each exhale; a descent.  When asana rides the waves of breath’s rising and falling, poses gain strength and potency.  Like the fluctuations of a surfboard in the ocean, the practitioner learns to ride the subtle and delicate movement that creates a profoundly meditative experience.During this slow-flow community class, you will learn to recognize the emergence of breath.  Your body will flow with its rising current and crest into a fuller expression of the pose—taking you to heights never before achieved.  Learn how to harness the power of breath and create a yoga practice that will leave you inspired and patiently longing for the next wave until you find yourself, once again, SURFING YOUR BREATH.
